Before you book a repair
Can you come out today?
We offer same-day service where possible. Call or WhatsApp with your location, the type of unit and what has gone wrong so we can confirm availability. Emergency call-outs are also available, including Sundays.
Do you work on home and commercial equipment?
Yes. We repair refrigeration and air conditioning for homes, shops, restaurants and bars, including underbar and display fridges, coldrooms, bottle coolers, ice machines and aircons.
Does a fridge that is not cooling always need regasing?
Not necessarily. Poor cooling can also be caused by dirty coils, worn fans, damaged door seals or other faults. We check the cause before recommending a repair. Where refrigerant is leaking, the leak needs attention rather than repeated top-ups.
What does the warranty cover?
Parts we fit carry a 12-month warranty. Ask your technician to explain the cover for your specific repair before work begins.
How much will the repair cost?
The cost depends on the fault, unit and parts required. Send us details on WhatsApp for an initial discussion; we explain the proposed work and price before you agree to proceed.
